Tracy Standridge, senior escrow officer with 29 years of experience, leads the office with the support of her assistant Ciara Haag.

The company’s expansion has been recently propelled by Scott Mazza, who joined the company as vice president of sales in February. Prior to Escrow of the West, Mazza served as vice president and senior sales manager at Stewart Title, where he oversaw daily operations, new business development, and customer relations.

The company celebrated its Westlake Village branch grand opening with a ribbon cutting soiree on April 26, 2018. The public event featured delicious tray passed hors d’oeuvres, such as mushroom quiches, caponata on crostini, meatballs in arrabbiata sauce, fresh shrimp spring rolls, and overflowing champagne.
